It is with great sadness that the family of Mary Margaret ("Peggy") Campbell (née Morrow) announces her passing peacefully on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Midland Gardens Care Community in Scarborough, Ontario. She was preceded in death by her spouse, Victor Campbell in 1986, sisters Helen, Ida, Jane, and Lyn, and brothers Bobby and Fred. Mary leaves behind her son Donald (with partner Zahra), grandson Jess, and surviving sister Emma.
Peggy, as she was affectionately known to her siblings, friends and co-workers, was born April 12, 1925 in Comber, near Belfast Northern Ireland, to Thomas and Emma Matilda Morrow. She was an avid walker, enjoyed oil painting, reading, and trying new exotic recipes. Though she was a quiet and private person, Peggy had an infectious smile and a calming nature.
A simple cremation was her express after life wish, therefore in lieu of funeral services and to honour her character, we ask that all who wish to consider making a donation to The Alzheimer Society of Ontario or The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.

I had the opportunity to meet Peggy on two occasions as I am a very close friend of her son Don. She was very pleasant and kind and I will always remember her gentle demeanour.
