Peacefully at the age of 61, on Sunday, October 21, 2018. Predeceased by her father Bill. Mary will be missed and fondly remembered by her loving mother, Anne, brother Jim, sisters Noreen and Helen, cousins and friends. Mary was a loving and compassionate person who lived life to the fullest. She was inspired and encouraged to live out her dreams, including owning and operating a specialty gift shop and traveling the world. Mary enjoyed life by living in the moment. She had a love of the arts and nature, enjoying museums, galleries, TIFF, and garden walks where she soaked up the beauty of the flowers, birds, and butterflies. Special thanks to the KIE palliative care team at Sunnybrook for the comfort and care provided. In lieu of flowers a donation in memory of Mary may be directed to KIE Palliative Care Unit, in care of the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre Foundation, 2075 Bayview Ave., Toronto, ON M4N 3M5. Visitation at PAUL O'CONNOR FUNERAL HOME, 1939 Lawrence Ave. E. (between Pharmacy and Warden) on Thursday between 3-6 p.m. Funeral Mass on Friday, October 26, 2018, at 10 a.m. in Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish, 3 Combermere Dr., Toronto.
