On Wednesday, April 18, 2018 our baby girl Nicole chose to end her life and be with our Lord. I hope and pray that her suffering is over. Safe Journey my darling Nicole, and know that you are loved forever and your bright smile will be missed by all especially your parents, Pierre and Roula Birkbeck. Nicole was born in Ajax, Ontario; she graduated from St. James High School; she had a Bachelors degree from Coastal University and was working on obtaining her Masters. Nicole will be sadly missed by her brothers, Christopher (Laura) and Brendon. She was cherished by her grandparents, Barbara and Athanasios Stamatakos, Gerry and Lilian Anderson, Trevor and Jeannette Birkbeck. Dear niece of Debbie and Dennis Collins and their children Jason and Jennafer, Michel and Selena Birkbeck, Charlene Birkbeck, Georgia and Tom McGee and their children Emily and Liam, Alexandra Stamatakos and Nicole's best friend Benjamin Hinman. Visitation at PAUL O'CONNOR FUNERAL HOME, 1939 Lawrence Ave. E. (between Warden and Pharmacy) on Thursday, April 26, 2018 from 6 - 9 p.m. Service in our Chapel on Friday morning at 11 a.m. Burial at Pine Hills Cemetery; Section 23, Lot 200.
